EVACUATOR™ Designer Series Egress Window Wells

The one piece EVACUATOR™ Designer Series Egress Window Wells are constructed of multi-layered fiberglass mesh and resin for maximum strength with an interior surface that looks like natural white stone. The attractive stone fiberglass finish gives a beautiful appearance when viewed from the inside of your room at a fraction of the cost of a real stone window well. These wells are available in 53” width and 60” height. They have built-in steps for easy escape and a flange for anchor to foundation applications. These Designer Series Egress Window Wells meet all IRC 2006 code requirements and are designed to work with our EVACUATOR™ Sliding Egress Windows and matching EVACUATOR™ Designer Series Window Well Cover creating a beautiful basement egress installation.

The Designer Series Egress Window is a vinyl clad 48” x 48” slider which lifts out easily for easy cleaning. It is constructed of 3/4” Low “E” glass and comes complete with screen.

EVACUATOR™ Designer Series Egress Window Well Cover

The EVACUATOR™ Designer Series Egress Window Well Cover is designed to fit the EVACUATOR™ Designer Series Window Wells. This Egress Well Cover is a heavy duty thermal cover that is sloped for drainage. It hinges open for easy egress and comes in a 53” width.

The window well cover is made of semi-clear fluted polycarbonate to allow plenty of light through while keeping people from looking in.

It comes with two brackets to prop the Well Cover open for easy ventilation. It has a white aluminum frame that supports 44 Ibs per square foot meeting most building codes including the lRC 2006 code.


EVACUATOR™ Designer Series Egress Window Well Grates

The EVACUATOR™ Designer Series Basement Egress Window Well Grate is made of heavy duty expanded steel with a white powder coated finish. It lifts off easily for quick egress in the event of an emergency.

It is designed to work with the EVACUATOR™ Designer Series Basement Egress Window Wells and is 53” wide. This Window Well Grate will keep kids and animals safe, minimize debris build-up while allowing light in.
