The Basement Transformation System is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The Basement Transformation system shall not rust, rot or corrode for as long as you own the home. Basement Transformation Technologies requires written notification of transfer of property within 30 days of the closing date or this invalidates transfer to the new owner.
The warranty contained herein shall not apply to condensation water issues, humidity or pre-existing conditions. The system must not be repaired by any party other than Basement Transformation Technologies or be altered in any way or be subject to misuse, negligence or accident. Contractor’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of any defective work or material and Basement Transformation Technologies shall be liable for no other damages or losses.
Basement Transformation Technologies is responsible for the repair of the system, only if the Basement Transformation Technologies original installation was at fault. Design issues are billable and are not covered by warranty. Basement Transformation Technologies is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, water entry, condensation, humidity or mold. Homeowner agrees to keep gutters clean and to run an Air Mop 2 in the basement, during the summer months (to control condensation).
This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, obligations or liabilities expressed and or implied on behalf of Basement Transformation Technologies.
